Spater (b. 1993, Samara) is an artist, graffiti writer, member of the creative association AKSOMETRY LAB.
His art is largely inspired by the visual culture of the 1970s-1980s, sci-fi aesthetics, forgotten cartoons and comics. In his works Spater strives for a combination of figurative and abstract elements. The artist's studio practice draws on his street background: train-bombing, lettering, and large-scale murals. Spater's works are in the collection of Street Art Storage (St. Petersburg) and in private collections.
